Kevin has over 20 years of experience in the disciplines of organizational change and transformation, applied organizational behavioral sciences, and human performance development.

His background includes developing and leading organizational communities within diverse industries, with a strong "integrated" and holistic skill set which encompasses organizational change, chagne leadership development, organizational learning, and embedding transformation change within technology environments. 


Sheila Dubrow

Sheila has over 20 years managing change in line with implementing ERP business transaction systems. Sheila has completed ten full-cycle, end-to-end ERP installations. Post transition, she supported over 32 transitional and transformational change efforts. Using Six Sigma and Lean, Sheila incorporates business process improvement (BPI, BPR) with change management methodologies. She conducts health checks and post-implementation reviews providing clients with a direction on the next best course of action.  Sheila is recognized for aligning leadership with operating health and corporate vision, and leaving a legacy by allowing change to evolve and self-propagate within an organization.

Sheila holds a master's degree in organizational psychology, with a core emphasis in Change Management. She holds a change certification in Being First, Change Leadership Roadmap and Senn Delaney's competency process which trains change agents to complete knowledge transfer of the initiative to the organization. Sheila is Six Sigma Greenbelt certified and has a CPIM certification in Supply Chain Planning from the ASCM Society.

Lorene Conner

Lorene is a Change Leader with more than 20 years of experience and expertise in applying practical change management standards and practices to complex projects.  A Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), she has led change initiatives for digital transformation, technology, policy and business process solutions in Fortune 100, Fortune 500, public sector and Utility organizations affecting 300 to 50,000 stakeholders. She is consistently recognized for improving operations and performance through clear, on-point strategies and creative engagement tactics in both bargaining unit and non-union environments.

Lorene possesses a strong knowledge of Change Management approaches, best practices and core processes, and has a formidable command of program, project and portfolio management practices. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from University of Phoenix, San Francisco, CA.
